Teknik ve Politeknik Araştırma, Geliştirme ve Uygulama Derneği
(TP.RDiA)
03 Kasım 2010 tarihinde Ankarada kuruldu. Dernek, 21 Şubat 2011 tarihinde tescil edildi. TP.RDiA, yaşamı akılcı sürdürebilmek adına sivil topluma, sorumlu aktörlere ve yapılı çevreye artı bir değer katabilme amacında olan mesleğine ve topluma katkı sağlayan seçkin teknik insanların bir bütünüdür. Kısacası, Dernek hizmetlerinin odağında ve sonucunda birey ve toplum vardır.
TP.RDiA, kalkınmanın temeli olan teknik ve politeknik (çoklu teknik) ; her tür ve ölçekli araştırma, geliştirme ve uygulama yapmak, yaptırmak ve/veya desteklemek üzere kurulan, kar amacı gütmeyen bir mesleki sivil toplum örgütüdür.
Bireyin, bilgiyi hissetmesi, yaptığı mesleki eylemlerden güven duyabilmesi ve hayata katkı koyabilmesi, varlığının ve yaşamsal sürekliliğinin temel şartıdır. Bu nedenledir ki TP.RDiA; öncelikli olarak, mühendislik, mimarlık ve şehir planlama disiplinlerinde teknik seviyenin yükseltilmesi, teknik gelişme ve kalkınmanın toplumun ve karar vericilerin önceliğine alınması, uygulamalı tekniğin ve politekniğin yansıması olan kentlerin mekânsal, edebi, kültürel ve tarihi (arkeoloji dâhil) kurgularının derlenmesi ve insan yerleşmelerinin sorunlarının çözülmesini hedeflemektedir.
TP.RDiA, meslek alanlarını geliştirme, teknik insanların toplumsal ve ekonomik konumunu güçlendirme ve mesleki güvenceleri sağlama yoluyla kaliteli mal üretimine ve hizmet sunumuna öncülük etmeyi ilke edinmiştir. Dernek, mühendislik, mimarlık, müşavirlik ve müteahhitlik sektörlerindeki eksiklikleri gidermeyi ve hizmet ve mal ticaretine esas mesleklerin icrası şart, koşul ve ilkelerinin belirlenmesine katkı sağlamayı öngörmektedir.
Bu seçkin mesleki yapı, ülke uygulamalarında bilimin esas alınmasının etkin kabulü ve etkinliğinin arttırılması ile sektörel gelişme ve elektronik, mobil ve fiziki ortamlarda güvenlik ve güvenilebilirlik tesis edilmesini savunmaktadır.
Topluma tekniğin ve politekniğin tanıtımı, yerinde ve zamanında uygulanması, uygulamanın öğretilmesi, doğru ve güvenilir bilgi ve kültür birikimlerinin korunması, yaşatılması, ulaşılabilir kılınması ve bu birikimin topluma yayılarak toplumsal bilincin (kültürün) oluşturulması ve hayatin kolaylastirilmasi temel amaçlardır.
Faaliyetler; teknik meslek alanları ile teknoloji ve bilim ilişkilerini içerir. Dernek çalışmaları; teknolojik imkânlar da kullanılarak ve kurumsal kapasite oluşturularak, doğal ve insan kaynağı (beşeri sermaye) yönetimini mesleki ve kariyer planlama çalışmalarıyla bütünleştirilecektir. Bu şekilde; toplumsal ve mesleki yozlaşmaya engel olma ve boş ve asılsız teknik söylemlerin toplum gündeminde yer almasını önleme amaçları gerçekleştirilebilecektir.

Technic and Polytechnic Research, Development and Implementation Association (TP.RDiA)
is established on November 03, 2010 in Ankara. The Association is registered on February 21, 2011. TP.RDiA, for the sake of rational living, is a composition of distinguished technical people contributing to the profession and the society and having the intension to add an additional value to the civil society, responsible actors, and the built environment. In short, the target of her services is the individual and the society.
TP.RDiA, is a non-governmental organization in technical and polytechnical (multitechnic) fields that forms the basis of development and is established to perform, to have it prepared and/or to support every kind and scale of research, development, and implementation.
Basic conditions of the presence and sustainability of the individual are to sense information, to feel trust from professional activities, and to contribute to life. For this reason, TP.RDiA has the objectives of accelerating technical level in engineering, architecture, and city planning disciplines, putting technical development to the priority of the society and decision makers, composing spatial, literature, cultural, and historical (including archeology) ingredients of cities - the reflections of technic and polytechnic, and solving the problems of human settlements.
TP.RDiA has the principle of developing professions, strengthening social and economic status of technical people, and through providing professional guarantees to pioneer goods and services trade. The association has the intension to overcome defects of engineering, architecture, consultancy, and construction sectors and to contribute to the determination of conditions, rules, and principles of professional services to achieve services and goods trade.
This distinguished professional body implies effective use of science in countrys sectoral implementations and by accelerating this structuring of sectoral development and safety and reliability in electronic, mobile, and physical environment.
The basic aims are introducing technic and polytechnic to the society, their implementation in the right time and locality, teaching implementation, protecting, sustaining, accessible true and trustable information and cultural savings and disseminating this saving to the society to structure social consciousness (culture).
The activities cover the relation of technology and science with technical professional areas. Activities of the Association, by using technological possibilities and forming a structural capacity, hope to unite natural and human resources (capital) management with professional and carrier skills. Through this; the aims of preventing social and professional degradation can be in the agenda of the society and null and misinformation can be besieged.
